Hi Karhu, I must say that after 5 months of use every night, I had some lucid experiences without doing any training, as a test of reality, special techniques … I can say that the field works, but takes time to bear fruit. In total I think I had about twenty lucid dreams without making any effort. Of course it is not much, but it is already something!
