Thanks so much for this article, the recommendations for a base reset listening protocol, and for the audio creations.

In the youtube link for the energy clearing audio, it includes a starting timepoint of 16:34. I know from my own experience that it is easy to unintentionally copy links with a starting timepoint (other than the beginning). So I just wanted to make sure this starting timepoint was intentional (I guess meaning it is Ok to skip the first half of this audio).
