I have noticed 2 things also that need to be fixed
Company name
and appartement (optional)they’re both showing error message if not filled.
I managed to put “none” for company and “.” for apt to proceed to the next step

It will be really nice also to have the “for sale” section for third party stuff like Moonshadow Wonderland Blaze and more.. 🙂
