This is no joke. The day after I started working with this Mandala I released a lot of emotions. I had an intense find with My Loved one, I literally felt my body fueled with so much anger and rage. after a few minutes the emotions subsided, but I could feel that I was still a ticking Bomb. A day later My Loved one and I resolved our situation, and things are brighter than they were previously, and I promised to never bottle things and emotions again. BE CAREFUL!!!

The Air and Water feels Satisfactorily on your Skin. Heat feels intense at times (for Me at least), internal Heat that comes from within.
There are other things to it, but you will need to dedicate time towards Meditation with it.

It just removes all worry, all unease, everything negative;
