Astral Body –

Emotional Body – 

 

This body is related to your emotions, feelings and the energetic aspect of your emotional experiences.  A healthy emotional body is one that allows for experiencing the full depth of an emotion and processes it without resistance.  A blocked emotional body creates emotional imbalances where certain emotions become overwhelming or suppressed.  This can be thought of as a dam that is blocked where the water is trying to flow through.  The water either accumulates on one side or begins to spill over onto the environment.  After a while these blockages can lead to problems in the physical body.  It can also lead to inhibited self-expression, difficulty in experiencing/processing emotions and eventually physical symptoms.

 

 

Etheric Body – 

 

The etheric body is like an energetic blueprint for the physical form.  This body permeates the physical body and extends a bit beyond it as an energetic field that interacts with the environment.  A healthy etheric body is essential for the maintenance and health of the physical body.  It acts as a bridge between the physical and higher energy bodies.  Blockages in this body occur due to a variety of factors such as unresolved emotional issues, trauma, unhealthy lifestyle choices and negative thought patterns.  The blockages in the other bodies can often trickle down into the Etheric body.  Benefits of a clear etheric body is improved physical health and vitality.  It can also enhance your ability to access and work with energy.  It also contributes to greater wellbeing, clarity of thought and emotional stability

 

Balanced and Harmonized Energy Bodies – 

 

Unbalanced and Unharmonized energies mean that there is a problem with how the energies flow and how they interact with each other.  We can think in terms of a musical instrument.  If the strings of a guitar are out of tune then the music will produce an unpleasant sound, in the same way certain aspects of your energy can be too dominant or suppressed leading to emotional instability, physical discomfort, mental confusion and a sense of disconnection.  It’s as if your energetic system is out of tune.  Now imagine the same guitar but this time it’s tuned carefully.  When you play it, it’s pleasant to the ears.  In the same way when the subtle bodies are balanced there is a smooth coherent flow of energy which contributes to a harmonious and peaceful state of being
